A Tapestry of Residential Choices
The area has high rises, garden apartments, duplexes, townhouses, single family cottages, luxury homes and impressive manor homes. There are even two trailer parks in the area! In other words, the area has it all. The good thing about having a broad cross-section of people is that you are exposed to all of society, not a single demographic. Services are well developed to provide for the needs of the affluent and middle-class. The working poor have easy access to nearby jobs. Mass transit is there to serve the needs of all. Although we do have our warehouse restaurants and big box stores this is not suburbia. Although we have our high priced boutiques and specialty shops, this is not strictly affluent.
There are many tourist destinations, parks and landmarks located in and around our neighborhood.
